Can we say “y’all” in Kansas?

Welcome! We are new to the blogging world, but we wanted to share our journey as we begin the move to church plant in Kansas City, Kansas.  Hopefully, this blog will help us stay connected with friends and family as we southerners move to the midwest.  If you are reading this, you most likely received a letter in the mail from us about our next adventure. We plan to document the process and share some fun things, too.  Thanks for stopping by to see us!

Here are some recent developments:

1. Kristi plans to stay to finish out the school year, so she will be in the Birmingham area until at least the end of May. Yay, because she will be paid until the end of the summer. Whoop!

2. We may have a contract on our house- just praying for God’s will to be done. Boy, we didn’t know how much negotiating and haggling had to be done to come to a final agreement. Sheesh!

3. If the house sells before the end of May, Andy may move with the furniture and the dog to KC.  Kristi may stay behind and would need a place to live. She cooks and cleans. 🙂 Just saying.

4. We so appreciate your prayers. Drop us a line and let us know how we can more specifically pray for you and yours.

Trusting our good God for His best!

Love you bunches.

Hey Y'all!

KS is getting an incredible duo and we are so glad we can keep up with Krisiti’s “discoveries” along the way. It’s always a treat to see what “new things” are going on in the Murry world.
